Wine-maturing in 100% new oak barrels issued
from the center area of France (fine selection of several coopers).
The aim of using barrels from different origins is to highlight the terroir expression but also the Lamartine style: more concentration than extraction.
From 4 to 20 years.
To serve between 17° and 18°C.
