Ageing in cement tanks until the bottling, 18 months after the harvest.
A superb deep cherry color; this wine exhales a complexity of surprising aromas and a combination of smooth and liquoriced fruits. After a smooth attack this wine takes its entire dimension with round, fleshy and elegant tannins.
4 years maximum.
To serve between 17°and 19°C.
To drink with all grilled meats.
