40% Malbec, 30% Merlot, 30% Syrah


Clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soil.
Yield 50 Hl/ha

Wine-making / maturing

Bled rosé for the Malbec and the Merlot combined with press rosé for the Syrah. Fermentation to the very low temperature of 12°C.
Bottling in the following spring.

This is a real pleasure!
A dry and fruity gastronomic rosé, it exhales a very intense aromatic expression of small red fruits and offers a smooth length.
